Nisshin City Celebrates Sister City Friendship
Nagoya, April 4 - Nisshin City Mayor Akira Sago joins hands with representatives from Owensboro, Kentucky at the signing of the sister city/region agreement. The delegates from Kentucky reported that they were overwhelmed by Japanese hospitality and deeply touched by the friendliness of the people of Nisshin.
