Pushing for Stronger Asian Economic Integration
Nagoya, November 29 - Dennis Unkovic, a partner from Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, spoke to an audience of industrial decision-makers about doing business in East Asia. He discussed the challenges and opportunities for U.S. and Japanese businesses in the Chinese economy. Mr. Unkovic asserted that multinational corporations must advocate stronger intellectual property laws in East Asia and pressure local courts to make unbiased decisions in disputes between foreign investors and local partners.
