Nagoya, March 18 - Carol Fishman Cohen, career re-entry consultant and co-founder of iRelaunch, and Darden Graduate School of Business Alumni Career Services Director Connie Dato English spoke about reentering the workforce after extended leave. Ms. Fishman Cohen discussed the employee’s perspective; talking about her experiences working with women who have taken extended leave to care for children.

Ms. English covered the employer’s perspective; explaining that rehiring employees after extended leave, and working with those employees to accommodate more family-friendly schedules, makes sense for employers who desire a well-trained and highly-skilled work force.
