Nagoya, April 8 - Principal Officer Daniel Rochman participated in the barrel opening ceremony to mark the start of the 31st Tokai Sake Brewers Association's Sake Festival. The annual festival featured over 100 sakes brewed in Aichi, Gifu, Mie, and Shizuoka prefectures. Central Japan is known for both the quality of its rice and its water and is thus home to a wide range of top-class sakes.
