
Scholars Gather in Nagoya to Discuss American Studies
Nagoya, July 25-29 - Dartmouth College Professor Michael Mastanduno, University of California, Irvine Professor Jennifer Lee, Brown University Professor Rey Chow and other prominent scholars gathered at Nanzan University to discuss “American Studies from Various Perspectives: Gender and Comparative Approaches.”
This is the second year of Nanzan University’s Nagoya American Studies Summer Seminar, sponsored by the Nagoya American Center and the Japan-U.S. Education Commission among other organizations.
U.S. Embassy Country Public Affairs Officer Ronald Post gave congratulatory remarks at a reception for the seminar.
