
Scholar Analyzes the Results of the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election
Nagoya, November 7 - Tosh Minohara, professor of International History at Kobe History’s Graduate School of Law, spoke to a group of students and government officials in Nagoya about the U.S. presidential elections and the potential impact of President-Elect Obama’s win on U.S.-Japan relations.
Professor Minohara theorized that then President Obama will no-doubt encourage a strong bilateral partnership to address assorted international issues.
