ACCJ Chairman Discusses Asian Economic Integration

Nagoya, November 18 - American Chamber of Commerce Japan Chairman and Aflac Japan Chairman Charles D. Lake spoke to a group from Central Japan’s top corporations and trade authorities about the U.S. perspective on regional economic integration under the new administration.

Based on his broad experience in the private sector and as assistant U.S. trade representative, Mr. Lake stated that the U.S. seeks an open model of economic integration in the Asia-Pacific that leads to substantial liberalization and increases in trade and investment.
