Nagakute, April 22 - American ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro spoke to students at Aichi Prefectural University about the healing power of music.

In between live performances of a few of his favorite songs, Jake spoke about his career as a musician, his background as an Okinawan- American and the “Aloha Spirit” of his home state of Hawaii.

Using his work as a musician as an example, Jake told the audience of university students make sure to pour all of their effort and attention into doing something that feels good and helps others.
