Successful Business Model from American Woman Entrepreneur
March 15, Nagoya - Ms. Leslie Grossman, President of Leslie Grossman Leadership, shared perspectives of an American woman entrepreneur during her discussion on “How to Build a Successful Business Model.”
Drawing on examples of successful women entrepreneurs, Ms. Grossman described some of the characteristics necessary to create a successful independent business model.
Grossman emphasized the importance of people to people connections to expand the sales network and concluded by encouraging the audience to think big, take risks and to start their own businesses.
The follow-on question and answer session provided a forum for comparing U.S. and Japanese entrepreneurship styles and the unique characteristics of each.
